Welcome to the Minnesota Reading Center. Hosted by the St. Croix River Education District (SCRED), and advised by the Minnesota Consortium for Evidence in Education (MCEE), the Minnesota Reading Center exists to promote Scientifically Based Reading Instruction and to provide training, coaching, and evaluation services to schools and districts in Minnesota on this topic.
