What’s new: Whether you’re crunching big data or tracking your project’s budget, you don’t want to waste time waiting for files to load or re-doing edits that were lost because your Internet connection dropped. You can now be more efficient by switching to the new version of Google Sheets. It loads faster, supports larger spreadsheets, has a number of new features, and works offline like all the other Google Docs editors.
How it works: To turn on the new Sheets, check the Try the new Google Sheets box in Google Drive settings. From then on, all new spreadsheets you create will work offline and include these new features.
