The Pine County schools have come together to work collaboratively on finding a new location for the Vision program. These districts include Hinckley-Finlayson, Pine City, and East Central School districts. The Vision program requires a separate facility designed to meet the learning needs of these students. Recent events have triggered these three school districts to develop a new long-term plan for this program. These three school boards are collectively proceeding forward, in cooperation with SCRED, to purchase the former Chris Foods' building in Pine City. This will be the new location for the Vision program in 2022.

The Project SEEK program is designed for gifted and talented students to enhance the regular school-year curriculum. The article talks about the format of this program, the shift to distance learning and more information for this coming season in June 2021.

This month's spotlight on assistive technology introduces everyone to the beauty and wonder of the 'Minnesota Conservation Volunteer' magazine. These publications are now accessible to all with their audio cassette recordings.
