Pathway to Change (PTC) is St. Croix River Education District (SCRED) program, and it serves students from the SCRED member districts. Families do not directly enroll into PTC — all students attending PTC have an Individualized Educational Program (IEP), and placement in PTC is an IEP team decision.
PTC is designed for students in grades K-12 who demonstrate significant behavioral needs. It builds students’ fluency in social-emotional skills and their capacity to generalize these skills across settings. For students who also demonstrate significant communication needs, PTC also offers programming that increases students’ functional communication skills.
