At Hinckley-Finlayson HS, Principal Lattimore recently pulled together his special education team to plan how they can best work together with the school's Tier 1 Reflection Room process. Longtime Jaguar Staci Klein leads the Reflection Room for all students, and she provided the SpEd team with 1-page cheat sheet of the discipline procedures and processing activities she uses.
Like HFHS, many of our schools are engaged in multi-year efforts to enhance their discipline procedures, making the process more meaningful, consistent, and beneficial for students regardless of age or risk level!
