SCREDsters Emily DeBreto (OT) and Emily Fischer (School Psych) recently created a "Zen Den" space at Chisago Lakes Middle School! 💛💚 With support from school leaders, they transformed a bare space into a room with a swing, vibrating bean bag chair, weighted blankets, cozy chairs, soothing sound machine, LED lights, and more! It is used by middle school students daily to decompress and reset, and it is already a well-loved space! 😊
