Our behavior coordinators recently led trainings on Trauma-Informed Practices, and promoting emotional intelligence and self-regulation skills are enormously important! Naturally, there's been an explosion of popularity in Yale University's Mood Meter — a state-of-the-art emotional intelligence framework!
