This year's Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) Challenge was hosted by Pine City. It's a great field trip for the students; they enjoy traveling to a different school in the St. Croix River Education District (SCRED) each spring. Students like practicing for the events and wearing t-shirts with school colors or logos; some of the students wear their school's team jerseys. Pine City High School students led nine activities which included the long jump, softball throw, Frisbee toss, snap bowling, and soccer kick. Students are excited to participate along with other DAPE students in the area. They love being a part of the DAPE celebration! The 2020 DAPE Challenge is scheduled to be hosted by East Central. We hope to see you there!
