SCRED operates several student programs to assist our member districts in meeting the unique learning needs of their students.
Secondary Transition Programs
Chisago County Schools' Life Work Center (LWC)
The LWC provides life skills and work exploration programming for young adults with disabilities ages 18-22.
Pine County Transition Program (PCTP)
The PCTP provides life skills and work exploration programming for young adults with disabilities ages 18-22.
Federal Setting IV Programs
Pathway to Change (PTC)
The PTC program is designed for students in grades K-12 who demonstrate significant behavioral needs. PTC builds students’ fluency in a complex repertoire of social and emotional skills and their capacity to generalize these skills across settings.
SOAR "South"
The Skill-building Opportunities for Academic Resiliency (SOAR) program support students who demonstrate significant communication and behavioral needs. SOAR increases students’ independence and skills in the areas of functional communication and self-regulation.
Vision
