Kurzweil

Kurzweil is computer software that helps students to read and write — mainly via text-to-speech technology, but the program has additional features. Students can use Kurzweil via their website or by using a variety of apps and extensions.

SCRED currently provides this assistive technology to all member district educators and students. It can be accessed by both special education and general education staff and students to access web-based or printed materials.
