TRAX is a website designed to support special educators who work with secondary students on post-secondary transition needs.
Log In
Once your district has you set up in the SpEd Forms database, TRAX will automatically create an account for you with a username and password.
Email [email protected] and ask for your TRAX username and password. A support staff will send you your login info., and you can then open the TRAX website and log in.
