Early Childhood Screening
MDE Resources Screening is a quick, no-cost check to identify possible health or developmental concerns in infants and young children. Screening may link families to free early learning opportunities and resources such as Early Childhood Family Education, PreK programs, Early Childhood Special Education, home visiting programs, or other resources.
Help Me Grow
Help Me Grow is Minnesota's state-wide referral system for children up until Kindergarten enrollment. We use the Closing the Loop form to communicate outcomes back to referral sources.
Together We Can
Our Early Childhood Family Support Coaches connect families with resources and provide parenting supports to improve the emotional well-being of each individual.
Special Education
Young children can get early intervention help if they have developmental delays or specific health conditions. Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) services include assessment, consultation, and instruction designed to help children meet developmental milestones.
