Staff can use this Professional Learning Planning document to help coordinate with support staff and specify how the training center should be arranged, what supplies are needed, etc. for a training or meeting event.
Smart Boards
Our training center offers two interactive displays that are set up to either function independently or to display the same content in sync with each other. To learn how to operate the Smart Boards, please visit our Technology Resources Google Classroom.

Videoconferencing Hardware
We are equipped to facilitate hybrid events where one or more participants attend remotely. We use the Logitech Group Videoconferencing System to provide remote participants with a view of our training center plus effective sound both ways. Laptop Cart
In many cases, meeting or professional learning participants bring their own laptops to events in the training center. If our staff need to equip participants, we use a laptop cart that is stored in the Assistive Technology Closet (in the training center). The AT Closet is locked, but support staff can access it to use for trainings.
